Dear Zheng Han:
I was TRULY SHOCKED to learn from Shaoyi that Dean Jin passed away SOOOO YOUNG and SOOOOOO SUDDENLY. he was SUCH a nice, smart and kind person, everything he and I discussed about were SUBSTANTIAL, nothing trival. he got to the BASIC THING immediately.
I admired him GREATLY ever since we first met at a Chinese restaurant along with Liu Yiming [Emily] and Larry Kramer. Jin’s kindness to Larry was remembered by all of us [Jin took Larry out for fishing when Larry was all by himself in Shanghai, Larry was VERY, VERY touched by that thoughtfulness].
I remember I was told Jin can not fly longer than THREE HOURS, so he must have had some heart conditions, but this is SOOOO SUDDEN and SOOOOO heart-breaking.

从孙绍谊老师那里得知金冠军教授去世的消息后，实感英年早逝，如此如此震惊🏋🏼，又如此如此突然🥧。金冠军教授如此睿智又平易近人，每每与金老师交谈，都受益匪浅，可以马上领悟到要领。
自从与刘一鸣（音译）和拉里·克莱梅尔在一家中式餐馆见面后，我就对这位老人产生了深深地敬仰🍷。他的和善可亲让在场的每一个人终身难忘。当拉里之后单独造访上海的时候☂️，百忙中的金老师热情地陪他去钓鱼，这使拉里倍受感动🏌🏽♂️。
还记得，有人曾告诉我金老师不能坐三小时以上的飞机，所以我感觉金老师的心脏可能不是很好🧛🏿♡，但这次的突然辞世，令人心碎。
在此🫶🏻，对贵院和金冠军教授的家属表示深切的慰问🤽🏻。
